ChatGPT, Reddit and Roblox face enhanced DSA obligations as Sweden strengthens child privacy protections and tests AI governance in practice.

The Commission has designated ChatGPT as a VLOSE and Reddit and Roblox as VLOPs under the DSA, triggering enhanced obligations on systemic risk, transparency, audits and protection of minors. In Sweden, IMY launched FantomApp for children aged 10–15 and selected new healthcare and housing AI projects for its GDPR innovation sandbox.
