COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

At Zero Gravity, we do not employ cookies or similar technologies to monitor your behavior, with the exception of functional cookies that are essential for the operation of our website. The placement of these functional cookies does not require your consent, which is why we do not display a cookie banner.

All legal assessment tools are accessible on our webpage through the embedded code of Microsoft Forms. Visitors can conveniently utilize them by clicking directly from the frontend page of Zero Gravity. According to Microsoft, when forms are shared anonymously (such as our embedded assessment tools on the webpage), the system neither collects nor stores the IP addresses of respondents.

CHATBOTS

At Zero Gravity, you will find chatbots where you can pose questions about the relevant legislation at hand. The chatbot is designed solely to provide general information about relevant legislation.

We kindly ask that you do not submit any personal data or business-sensitive information through the chatbot. It is not intended for processing such information, and doing so may pose unnecessary privacy or security risks. This helps us both ensure responsible use of the tool.

RECIPIENTS AND TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA

We will not share your personal data with any other third parties, apart from, in certain cases, our service providers. Any such processing by our service providers will take place on our behalf and under our instructions as stipulated in data processing agreements we have in place with them.

We currently store and process your personal data in Europe. If we will transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA, either directly by us or through our service providers, we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to require that your personal data remain protected in accordance with this Notice and applicable data protection laws. We will do this through one of the following measures:

(i) By transferring the personal data to a country that is on the European Commission’s list of Third Countries with an adequate level of protection, or;

(ii) By implementing a valid transfer mechanism (such as controller-to-processor standard contractual clauses that have been approved by the European Commission), as applicable from time to time, for the transfer of personal data to Third Countries that are not on the EU Commission’s list as described in point (i).

If a standard contract is deemed ineffective due to national law of the country of destination, we will take additional technical, organisational, or contractual measures to ensure an adequate level of protection when transferring personal data to countries covered by paragraph (ii) above.
